Corruption-Free Press (BENIN CITY) – A Deputy Commissioner of Police has died from the novel Coronavirus yesterday in Edo State.

According to reports from close relates, DC Francis Bissong Esq., died on Tuesday night due to Coronavirus. The deceased was a Deputy Commissioner of Police, Investigation, Zone 5, in Benin City, Edo State.

“Late Francis Bissong embodied that highest professional and ethical standard in a dream police. He was Police Unusual. He kept cash and carry policing under inconveniencing check.”

According to a mourner, Mr Jefferson Uwoghiren Esq., “I had no reason to meet or see the AIG! Objectively fair to a fault, he inspired hope and compassion in a damaged and clogged institution. He paid a heavy price to make us safe, as a front liner in the battle against deadly virus. May his sweet soul rest in Peace.

Tributes are coming in for the late DC of Police.

“I can testify to the sterling qualities of this fine Police Officer. I encountered him in the course of duty when one of our host communities had internal crisis that prevented us from carrying out our drilling campaign. When he cane to the full knowledge of the issues involved, he shamed the complainant who thought he could use his connections in Abuja to oppress the other faction. May His gentle and beautiful soul Rest In Peace, Amen!” – Blessyn Okpowo.

“He was a gentleman per excellence and highly professional. No doubt, Nigeria Police force has lost one of the finest officers. Adieu! DC Bissong” – Olugbenga Olaborede.
